so I am a bit embarrassed, I found myself suckered into watching "America's Got Talent", yea yea I know its lame!!! hahaha anyways... there is this kid that for some reason keeps getting through the show, but found that his character is hilarious, so decided to draw what came to mind! enjoy!

hey, this past weekend i felt like grabbing a few drinks but also drawing, not having booz at home, decided to go out to the adventure and draw at the tavern, there is a new place that just opened near my place, it was dark inside, lounge atmosphere, and they serve stiff drinks, got buzzed but continued drawing...... these are the scribbles i got out of the experience, was fun looking forward to the next time!enjoy!

warm ups!!!

every morning before work i always head to the "Coffee Bean" near the studio and sit and draw who ever is there in order to loosen up and warm up before the long day of work, these are examples of what i get early in the morning (done May_Present {June}). i usually try to get between 1/2 hour to an hour of sketches before work...enjoy!

I always loved cafe drawing but what i like to do some times is to challenge myself to not only capture the characters of the peeps surrounding me but also the environment where i find myself... enjoy!

So today was Earth day and decided to take a walk out in sunny LA and realized that all the ladies were out, so I couldnt resist and had to sketch a couple ;) it was fun, enjoy!

Volcano Girl

The other day I went cafe drawing in this awesome cafe and really liked how one of the drawings was turning out, so i decided to continue pushing it at home and see where it brought me.... this is what i came up with after working on it for the past couple of days, I'm not sure what will be her name but all I know about her is that she talks to the volcano near her village. She is some sort of volcano whisperer!hope u like her, i left even the first couple o drawings in this spread of designs, just to show her evolution.enjoy!

ok, sorry i have been a bit distant on the Daily Drawings, I have been tied up with a lot lately, but I have been producing art, dont you worry!! just alot has been researching style and drawing traditionally on paper, got no scanner sorry! but recently got my hands on an old dvd of Chris Rock "Never Scared" stand up show, and i must say it was one of the funniest comedy shows I have ever seen!!awesome skits.... There is a skit about Rap music that was hillarious and Chris starts dancing and I had to interpret it in image!!!!so here it is, my "daily drawing", i had alot of fun planning and drawing this one!...enjoy

Sorry that i havent been updating my blog with my ussual daily drawings, i have been drawing dont worry, but more traditionally, on paper!! iknow crazy eh! sorry the scanner isnt working properly so couldnt upload!! anyways been thinking alot of what to do with my "xtra time" , and yes im gonna animate again and do another short, i kno crazy!! where am i gonna find the time, i dnt know but im committed!!!! nothing is gonna stop me, says me now!!!! haha anyways here is a beginning of designs for the heroe of the short (after several versions)... still in progress but im liking where its going, so decided to share with u all,more to come...... enjoy
